How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will get an automatic email with your order confirmation. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
Why are your products so much cheaper than the high street?
We pride ourselves on this. We do not pass on the costs of the website or the costs of production to the customer. We want you to feel special within your budget. As a small Business we want our customers to understand that not only can you look fabulous for less, but the quality also never lacks.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to high demand, we do ship internationally.
We do our best to deliver on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take a little longer than expected.
For deliveries, you must ensure that you cover any customs or tax costs incurred when we deliver to your address.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to all locations in the USA. Excluded from delivery are: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands

How do I know when my order will arrive?
Once you receive you tracing number, you will be able to log onto the relevant mail tracking website in order to determine when your package will arrive.
How do I return an item for a refund?
Please contact us via the contact form, we will send you a message to gather some details that will come from Returns@meiyan.co.uk. Once we receive your item and inspected it, we will then issue a full refund. This will not affect your statutory rights
How long will my order take to arrive?
Order takes around 2 weeks from date of purchase to be delivered to you.
This can take longer with International deliveries.
However if the item is in stock, UK deliveries take between 3-5 working days whilst international deliveries will be slightly longer.
